1. Introduction

wc888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

4. Registration & KYC Verification

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Identity Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal — and at any time we deem it necessary for compliance purposes — wc888 will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);

4.2 Verification Delays

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period of a verification request may result in withdrawal suspension, Account restrictions or Account closure. wc888 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by verification delays attributable to incomplete or inaccurate documentation submitted by the User.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage is a material breach of these Terms. wc888 reserves the right to void any bets placed and to confiscate the entire Account balance in such circumstances.

5. Deposits & Payments

8.4 Settlements & Disputes

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on wc888. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of outstanding balances:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to do so;
• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using funds sourced from criminal activity, money laundering or fraud;
• Abusing any bonus, promotion or free-bet offer through systematic exploitation or collusion;

• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to events on which you have placed or intend to place bets;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after utilising deposited funds;

• KYC verification has not been completed or satisfactory documentation has not been provided;
• A regulatory, legal or compliance obligation requires us to do so;
• Continuing to service your Account poses a reputational, financial or operational risk to the Platform.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance not subject to ongoing dispute or compliance hold will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
